Kingdom A&S/Crown Tournament Merchanting Request

If you wish to merchant at the Spring 2024 Kingdom A&S and Crown Tournament event, please fill out and submit the following form.
Confirmation of the receipt of this form will be sent to the email that you provide.
If no contact email or phone number is provided, we cannot get in touch with you to approve your merchanting spot.
Please fill out the required/requested fields and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The Merchants for Kingdom A&S and Crown Tournament will be housed in the new-to-us Legacy building. (https://hancockfairgrounds.org/legacy-building/)
The building is well-lit and provides 21,000 square feet of open space to configure as we wish. Current plans are to also have day camps, the Publick House, classes, and general populace gathering in this building on Saturday (Kingdom A&S) and hold the Crown Tournament in this space on Sunday.
This places the merchants in the center of activity for event attendees.
