Site Features/Rules

Please note that there will be another group at the Fairground this weekend. They will be in the Youth building for a local flea market. With this situation we are asking for some assistance in providing some shifts in our A&S Fair and near our camping area to intercept and properly redirect any overly curious folks that are not from our group. It is a great opportunity to spread the word of the fun things we do and possibly recruit some new SCAdians.

  • Camping Area for both tents and “medieval homes on wheels”
    • Water & Electrical hookups can be used “if they are on”
    • No dumping/sewer hookups are available on site
  • Above ground firepits are allowed
  • Restroom Buildings (one building with showers!)
  • Dogs are welcome if they are leashed, well behaved, and cleaned up after
  • Lunch: Baroness Bianca is wrangling up some food trucks for the weekend
  • Retaining for Their Majesties:
A fun way to see the sights and serve The Crown! Sign up for a retaining shift for Their Majesties at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0B48A8AB22A4F9CF8-49655810-trmretainer

While our A&S Fair participants are having their entries judged, we would love for you to come share what you have learned with others! The Legacy building is where the general populace will gather on Saturday is quite plentiful and we will provide some tables and chairs for some open class space. (Due to the openness of the space and anticipated noise during Crown Tournament, current plans are to limit classes to Saturday.)

Class Space signup is complete – now we set up a plan to make all the things A&S happen! Check out the fun variety of classes folks are teaching!

Please note: As stated on the Class Request Form, we are only able to allocate one 8 foot table and up to 10 chairs for each class space. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Deadline to request is May 12 at 11:59 PM so those in charge have time enough to get everything coordinated. Thank you for understanding.
