Merchants

Person in Charge:

Margherita di Raffaele

What would a weekend of celebrating the best our Kingdom has to offer without merchants? We are happy to be able to say we have a building large enough to house day camps, merchants, classes, and even more. If you wish to bring your items to sell at A&S/Crown Tournament, please submit a request (link opens a new tab) to make sure we can reserve some space for you.

  • There is no merchanting fee, but you will need to pay the regular fee at gate.
  • Please bring your own tables/chairs/setup as what we were able to rent has already been allocated.
  • A standard area allocation for each merchant will be 10 ft. by 10 ft. square. Other accommodations might be available – please contact Margherita to discuss if you have a unique situation that will not fit the standard.
  • Please make your own arrangements to be able to set up and tear down your merchanting booth. While we do tend to be a helpful group, but there is much going on this weekend and hosting group assistance may not be available.
